Looking for an investor to build a flour mill and pasta factory in Ukraine. The project initiator is an industry specialist. There is an original concept of the project, equipment suppliers have been selected. Mill equipment - Turkey + Italy + Switzerland; pasta production equipment - Italy + Switzerland ; elevator equipment - Ukraine. The production site is near Kyiv. A Law has been adopted in Ukraine that provides for:
exemption from corporate income tax, provided that 90% of income comes from the sale of own products, which is the result of processing;
exemption from VAT and import duties on new equipment (equipment) and components for it, imported exclusively for the implementation of an investment project in the processing industry;
local governments will provide benefits on land tax and rent for state and municipal lands.
Investment registration - in the relevant department of the Government of Ukraine.
