We build wooden houses by individual order (project in price) from 120m2 only from Arkhangelsk pine and spruce, it is the best building material for log houses (beautiful texture and yellow-pink color, high density and tarwood), Arkhangelsk pine and spruce are unique - the distance between annual rings is 1-2 mm, we basically do not make houses of Yaroslavl, Tver, Kostroma, Vologda, Kirov wood, we consider it loose, watery, and therefore more susceptible to cracking and rotting; we care about the quality of wood during production and assembly, we conduct a careful selection of wood; for construction, a selected, calibrated wood is selected from the log, then the logs are bored (the bark is removed); when chopping logs from a log, all stages and adjustments are carried out manually; Initially, the log houses have the highest humidity, but then gradually lose it during the processing and logging; such natural drying of the log house is the best option; any house built of natural moisture material shrinks, so it must last from six months to a year for the moisture to evaporate; perhaps cracks will appear, but not critical; transportation to the site and installation on the already fully prepared foundation;
